Karen Richardson is a highly experienced and dedicated realtor who has been serving clients in the real estate industry since 2004, with a hands-on approach and commitment to providing exceptional service. Karen established her own real estate team in 2006 to better serve the needs of her clients.

With a deep understanding of the Lamorinda, Alamo, Danville, and Tri-Valley areas, Karen possesses extensive knowledge of these communities and all they have to offer. 

She is well-versed in the local market trends, schools, amenities, and neighborhood dynamics, allowing her to offer invaluable insights and guidance to her clients. Karen's in-depth knowledge of these areas ensures that her clients make informed decisions that align with their wants and needs.
