Second, she is incredibly professional and knowledgeable in the area. She knew exactly when and how to market the house. Third, she has an amazing team that helped bring the house up to a beautiful polish. That's really an understatement (thank you, team!) Lastly and for us the reason we immediately listed with her- Karen has a most wonderful, caring, and genuine personality.
